Some of us hesitate to bust out the blender because it’s a pain to clean. We’d rather skip the part than have to spend hours of cleaning.

It’s possible to cut your blender cleaning time in having by using a nonstick canola spray. Spray the blades before your blend. You’ll be able to easily rinse the mess without having to scrub.
