Are you trying to come up with some simple, healthy, and quick to put together healthy snacks for your kiddos?
These are great go-to easy snacks that moms love to put together for their kids. You can prep them ahead of time, store them in the fridge or pantry, and just grab them when you need them!
I love to do this as often as possible because it makes healthy snacks available to us whenever we need them! And that means – we’ll turn to those unhealthy snacks less and enjoy healthier versions more!

First up: Carrots!

My kids LOVE carrots! They are a really fun snack. You can bake them ahead of time if they crunch of fresh carrots is too much for your kiddo, or you can just wash them fresh and store portions in baggies for an easy grab-and-go! Depending on what’s on sale or better priced at my local grocery store, I’ll grab either whole carrots or baby carrots.
Next up: Bell Peppers

Do your kids love bell peppers as much as mine do? At first I thought it was kind of weird but now it’s totally normal for us! My kids started to steal slices of bell peppers when I would chop them up for our meals. I use them a lot in my cooking. And since bell peppers as usually pretty affordable, I buy a lot of them now and chop a few up for snacks!
Our next snack is: Cucumbers

I love these because they are refreshing and a super crisp snack for the kids! Plus, cucumbers are a great source of vitamin K, C, and B1! Sweet Dried Apple Schnitz
One of our all-time favorites: Pretzels

Pretzels is one of those snacks that we never get bored with! They are super affordable and I consider them to be a healthy snack. They are easy to bag up in sandwich baggies too!
Last, but not least: Celery

YUM! Celery is sooo delicious! Much like cucumbers they are super refreshing and my kids love them! Kids love to have them with peanut butter as well!
