However, the kiwi fruit isn’t exactly the easiest fruit to peel. If you have little experience with the kiwi fruit, you might find yourself frustrated as you try to figure out how to peel a kiwi fruit.

If you are one of the many who are having a hard time peeling or preparing kiwi fruits, then this is for you. We will show you five simple yet effective ways to peel a kiwi.
How to peel a kiwi with a spoon
Did you know that the fastest way to peel kiwi is with a spoon? That’s right!
If you want to know how to peel a kiwi with a spoon, just start by cutting the ends off of the fruit.
Instead of using a knife to get the rest of the skin off, get a spoon and slide it in between the pulp of the fruit and the skin, carefully shimmying it around until you’ve completely loosened it.
In the end, you should be able to pull the fruit clean out of the skin. It’s seriously that easy.
How to peel a kiwi fruit with a knife
How do you peel a kiwi using just one knife? Well, it’s quite simple especially if you don’t want to use any fancy tricks.
You can actually use your knife to peel it the entire time. Start again by cutting off the ends and standing the kiwi up on its side.
Next, hold the kiwi in place with one hand and slice delicately down the sides with the other, spinning the kiwi until you get all the skin off.
Use a cup and get it done
This one is our favorite. In fact, we consider it the easiest way to peel a kiwi.
Once again, cut the ends off of your fruit. After that, set it with one of the cut sides facing down and then cut it in half vertically through the middle.
Once you’ve done that, get a glass cup and carefully scrape the skin along it while sliding the fruit down. When done correctly, the skin will easily peel away and the fruit will be left in the bottom of the glass.
Use a knife to pare the middle away in one swipe
We understand. There will be times when you want to get an apple peeler and go crazy, you’ll lose a ton of fruit this way.
Instead, make two tiny cuts on either end of the kiwi to provide access to the peel. Next, use a knife to start a little cut on one side of the peel and roll the fruit away from you while keeping pressure on it. This way, you can take all the skin off in one pass.
Use the old-fashioned way
If you want to know how to peel a kiwi using the old-fashioned way, then use an apple peeler. We don’t want to lose a large part of the fruit, but with careful precision, it works.
If you’re careful, you can still use an apple peeler to peel your kiwi as well. Still, start by cutting off both ends of the fruit, and then work from the top moving downward in thin strips.
Take your time so as not to waste any fruit.

Learning how to peel a kiwi fruit depends on your skills and your patience. Of course, you also need lots of practice. Enjoy the fruit and learn a new skill.
