Here’s how you can make a jar of mayonnaise at home, and have your favorite dressing at the ready.

How to make mayonnaise without eggs in a few easy steps

Ingredients for how to make mayonnaise without eggs:

  • 100 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of oil
  • 1.5 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp of mustard

Pour the milk and oil into a blender and allow the blender to beat them together. Don’t move the glass or anything, just let the blender do its thing.

Wait for the mixture to turn into an almost frothy-looking liquid then continue beating the mixture for another minute.

Once that’s done, add in 1.5 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp of salt, black pepper, and 1 tsp of mustard.

Use the machine to mix them all together once again.

Be gentle but firm, allowing the mayonnaise to blend well and thicken in the process. And yes, by all means, take a picture and post it on Instagram.
