Super B
I use Super B as my daily source of B vitamins.
Super B is amazing! It contains all eight essential, energy-boosting B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12. I discovered this one last year when I found out I was low in folate (naturally occurring form of B9).
B vitamins are super important to our health and well-being, and each B vitamin performs a unique and separate function in the body. The kicker with B vitamins is that they MUST be replenished daily—as they are not stored in the body.

ESSENTIAL OILS
CBD
We hope this will be helpful with some chronic pain my husband is having.
This is a new-to-us blend. We’ve heard great things about CBD, but the biggest concern was the THC kicking back positive on a drug test. Employers don’t care if it is CBD or not—you’ll get fired if it kicks back on urine test. This one is 0.00% THC, so we are giving it a try! Here’s some more info on Natures Ultra website about drug tests and CBD.
Copaiba
I use Copaiba for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Copaiba is used for its anti-inflammatory, pain relief properties. It is also an antimicrobial. (source, source, source)

Raven
I use Raven for breathing support.
Raven was a game-changer for me in working on finding alternatives to support my breathing. As an asthmatic, I was tired of all the side effects of some of the things I was given so I strived to find something that would help me and be naturally sourced.
Raven is made of Camphor, Lemon, Wintergreen, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus.
The benefits of Rave include congestion relief and respiratory support. (source, source, source, source)

Thieves
I use this for its antimicrobial AND respiratory benefits.
In addition to Raven, Thieves has been instrumental in helping me with my asthma due to it’s respiratory and cardiovascular supporting properties. (source, source, source, source, source)
Thieves is made of Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lemon, and Rosemary.
Thieves benefits include: boosting the immune system, antimicrobial properties, congestion fighter, promotes better breathing, an energizing aroma. (source, source, source, source, source)

Purification
I use Purification for its purifying properties.
It’s great to use in a diffuser or in your laundry to remove odors, even the stubborn ones. I also keep this in our diffusers during cold and flu season.
Purification is made of Citronella, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Tea Tree, Lavandin, and Myrtle.

Cypress
I use Cypress for congestion.
I discovered this oil this cold and flu season. I combine it with Raven and Thieves in a roller bottle and apply to our feet, back of the neck, down the spine, and chest. This worked better than any over the counter option we could find or any written prescription we have been given.
Cypress helps reduce respiratory congestion and can also help with warts, pimples, cellulite, anxiety, and more. (source, source, source)

Clary Sage
I use this for menstrual cramps and all the things that Aunt Flo can cause. It relives those mood changes and reduces cramping almost instantly. I apply it to my lower back or lower abdomen and sometimes to my inner forearms and neck. Within about 30 min my symptoms are relieved and I can function again.
Clary Sage is a major help to alleviating PMS symptoms (mood and cramps)—and is what most women use it for. Other benefits of Clary Sage include natural antidepressant, antibacterial properties, and stress reducer. (source, source, source, source, source, source)

These oils below were freebies between February and March. This is one of the perks of being on Essential Rewards! I’ve discovered a lot of new oils this way. For example, Cypress was an ER Bonus one month and I just had it sitting on the shelf not sure what to do with it. But in one of our Facebook groups, a woman suggested it to another for congestion so I tried it. Now, it’s become a top oil we turn to for congestion.
Tea Tree
I use Tea Tree for pimples and minor skin rashes or bumps.
Tea Tree is an antibacterial oil. Due to this, it can be used in hand was, as an acne fighter, on wounds, in mouth wash, and more. (source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source)

Cedarwood
