I stocked up on a lot of my supplements and essential oils during February and March! I’ve had a few of you reach out after seeing I use oils daily, asking what some of their benefits are. Below is a full list of our orders and a quick overview of what/why we use them. You’ll also find a link to learn more about each one. I have a library here on my website, that I am slowly building, about all the supplements and oils we use in our home and others.
Without further ado, here is the full list. Below is a small breakdown of what we use each for and its benefits.
- Master Formula
- Super B
- Tea Tree
I use Sulferzyme for its allergy symptom fighting properties.
Sulferzyme combines wolfberry with MSM. MSM is a naturally occurring organic form of dietary sulfur needed by our bodies every day. MSM can be helpful in reducing joint pain, inflammation, allergy symptoms, and more.

I use Master Formula as my multivitamin.
Master Formula is a full spectrum, multinutrient complex, providing premium vitamins, minerals, and food-based nutriment to support general health and well-being. Inside the box comes individual packets that contain all the vitamins you need to take that day. These would replace your typical multi-vitamin.
- Naturally supports general health and well-being for the body
- Gut flora supporting prebiotics
- Ingredients help neutralize free radicals in the body
- Includes antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and other food-based nutriment
- SSI Technology delivers ingredients in 3 forms chosen for their complementary properties
I use MultiGreens for energy.
MultiGreens is a combo of natural ingredients and essential oils. It is a chlorophyll formula supplement that was created to boost vitality by working with glandular, nervous, and circulatory systems.
This one is a major energy-boosting supplement. If you struggle with energy levels, give this one a try. Everyone can benefit from MultiGreens!
I use Super B as my daily source of B vitamins.
Super B is amazing! It contains all eight essential, energy-boosting B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12. I discovered this one last year when I found out I was low in folate (naturally occurring form of B9).
B vitamins are super important to our health and well-being, and each B vitamin performs a unique and separate function in the body. The kicker with B vitamins is that they MUST be replenished daily—as they are not stored in the body.
We hope this will be helpful with some chronic pain my husband is having.
This is a new-to-us blend. We’ve heard great things about CBD, but the biggest concern was the THC kicking back positive on a drug test. Employers don’t care if it is CBD or not—you’ll get fired if it kicks back on urine test. This one is 0.00% THC, so we are giving it a try! Here’s some more info on Natures Ultra website about drug tests and CBD.
I use Copaiba for its anti-inflammatory properties.
I use Raven for breathing support.
Raven was a game-changer for me in working on finding alternatives to support my breathing. As an asthmatic, I was tired of all the side effects of some of the things I was given so I strived to find something that would help me and be naturally sourced.
Raven is made of Camphor, Lemon, Wintergreen, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus.
I use this for its antimicrobial AND respiratory benefits.
Thieves is made of Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lemon, and Rosemary.
I use Purification for its purifying properties.
It’s great to use in a diffuser or in your laundry to remove odors, even the stubborn ones. I also keep this in our diffusers during cold and flu season.
Purification is made of Citronella, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Tea Tree, Lavandin, and Myrtle.
I use Cypress for congestion.
I discovered this oil this cold and flu season. I combine it with Raven and Thieves in a roller bottle and apply to our feet, back of the neck, down the spine, and chest. This worked better than any over the counter option we could find or any written prescription we have been given.
I use this for menstrual cramps and all the things that Aunt Flo can cause. It relives those mood changes and reduces cramping almost instantly. I apply it to my lower back or lower abdomen and sometimes to my inner forearms and neck. Within about 30 min my symptoms are relieved and I can function again.
Clary Sage is a major help to alleviating PMS symptoms (mood and cramps)—and is what most women use it for. Other benefits of Clary Sage include natural antidepressant, antibacterial properties, and stress reducer. (source, source, source, source, source, source)
These oils below were freebies between February and March. This is one of the perks of being on Essential Rewards! I’ve discovered a lot of new oils this way. For example, Cypress was an ER Bonus one month and I just had it sitting on the shelf not sure what to do with it. But in one of our Facebook groups, a woman suggested it to another for congestion so I tried it. Now, it’s become a top oil we turn to for congestion.
I use Tea Tree for pimples and minor skin rashes or bumps.
Tea Tree is an antibacterial oil. Due to this, it can be used in hand was, as an acne fighter, on wounds, in mouth wash, and more. (source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source, source)
I use Cedarwood for my hair and eyelashes to boost growth.
I don’t love the smell of this oil, but it has some amazing benefits. I combine it with others that help neutralize its smell.
I use Valor for its calming properties.
I struggle with anxiety and a few drops of this in my hands, rub them together, and take a deep breath breathing it in always calms me.
Valor is made of Black Spruce, Camphor, Blue Tansy, Frankincense, Geranium, and Caprylic. Here’s a video of a doctor on Facebook sharing how he has used it with patients.
